When and where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding will take place in the heart of beautiful Carlsbad at 2690 State Street, Carlsbad, CA 92008What time should guests arrive?
We kindly ask guests to arrive by 2:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, as daylight fades early in November and we want everyone to be seated before it starts.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, food stations, dance floor, and DJ will all be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors.
How long will the event last?
The celebration will run from 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
When is the RSVP deadline and can I update my RSVP later?
We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by November 1st. The venue requires our final headcount by November 5th, so no changes can be made after that date. Our venue is a unique, rustic pottery space, and they need an accurate guest count to finalize the seating setup.
Is there a seating chart?
There will be no assigned seating for the ceremony — guests are welcome to take any seat upon arrival. After the ceremony, the chairs will be removed for the reception setup. During dinner, we’ll have two large communal tables, and guests may seat themselves wherever they feel comfortable.

Can I bring a guest?
As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has limited space. We kindly ask that you only RSVP for those listed on your invitation. If your partner or family members are also invited, please RSVP for each guest in your household. Thank you for understanding — we truly appreciate it!
Are kids welcome?
Our celebration will be an adults-only event. Only the bride and groom’s nieces and nephews will be attending. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out!
How do I RSVR for my guest?
If your plus-one or family members are included on your invitation, please submit an RSVP for each person individually so we can plan accordingly.

What is the nearest airport?
For guests traveling from out of town, here are a few convenient airport options near Carlsbad:
San Diego International Airport (SAN): The closest major airport, about 35–40 minutes south of Carlsbad.
John Wayne Airport (SNA): About an hour’s drive north in Orange County
Los Angeles International (LAX) and Ontario (ONT) airports are farther away but may offer more route options.
Do you have hotel room blocks or recommendations?
Most of our guests are local, so we don’t have hotel blocks. Here are a few Carlsbad hotel options and Airbnbs in nearby Oceanside, which tend to be more affordable.

Are there parking options at he venue?
Yes! There is plenty of free street parking available near the venue. There’s also a public parking lot about a 3-minute walk away, located near the Carlsbad Village Transit Station.

Food & Drinks:
What type of meal will be served?
Dinner will feature a shawarma station with chicken and beef, along with five delicious appetizers. The shawarma station will be set up outdoors, and when it’s time to dine, guests are invited to serve themselves.
Will the food be Halal?
Yes!
Will there be a cocktail hour?
Yes! 3:30 - 4:30
Gifts & Registry
Where are you registered?
We are not registered, but if you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, there will be a card box at the reception.
Are there a wedding guestbook?
Yes! We kindly ask our lovely guests to sign our wedding guest book at the welcome table.
Dress Code & Attire:
What should guests wear?
Formal attire is requested. We appreciate darker, elegant tones such as burgundy, espresso, and olive, which complement the warm and romantic feel of our fall celebration.
